Blue vintage Bianchi, with straight handle bars, a brown seat and red grips. The frame has a scratched out signature and has gears on the frame. Last seen in Victoria outside Cardinal Place.Theft Description
Left outside Cardinal Place in Victoria on designated bike parking. Both the chain and the D-Lock are completely gone. The parking was just outside Lloyds and Nespresso. Police are looking into CCTV in the area as it is a busy, public place. If you have any information, please contact me!
