Theft Description

Someone managed to get into our secured flat premises. A gate and a door that is all locked. Then ran off with out me knowing it had been taken till a neighbour ran after them and then came back to say it had been stolen. It was a newly built bike that was on the road for 6 weeks, really frustrating!
