Recycled, second hand hybrid adult bicycle. Front wheel stolen. This bicycle is not worth much, but its the fact that this horrible thief stole the front wheel which is worth nothing ! ...from right outside the Aberdeen City Council Offices and Police Station !Theft Description
Recycled, second hand hybrid adult bicycle. Front wheel stolen. ( not even quick release, the thief used a tool just to remove the wheel) It was locked and parked right next to the Police station and council offices.
