Launched in February 2012 Stolen Bikes UK was first formed as a way to spread the word about stolen bikes. Utilizing a popular classified script with some major modifications, around 44 stolen bikes are uploaded every week with 175 being marked as recovered by the service since we started.
Find That Bike!
Find That Bike is our most widely used service started in Summer 2012 it combines bike adverts from multiple classified websites into one searchable picture gallery. Time and time again the service has helped victims find their bike as soon as it’s listed for sale online.
Check That Bike!
Check That Bike! is our latest initiative launched in January 2014, this service combines as many sources of stolen bike frame numbers as possible allowing people interested in buying a used bike to check the frame number against many services in one go. In just 6 months 653 stolen bikes have been flagged up to buyers (and hopefully recovered).
