Bike Description

The bike was securely locked to the bike stand within a cycle store, using the highest security Forgeddaboutit U lock, with also a cable lock through the front wheel. The car park is next door to Sainsbury's on Beckenham Road, and I went to look on their CCTV of the area. It showed a short black man carrying the bike off at 2.07 am this morning. There was also another bike in the rack that was not touched. I reported the incident at 8 am this morning.
