Theft Description

Overnight, someone used a bolt cutter to break the chain on the padlocked side gate of my house in East Finchley. They stole my Carrera Crossfire 2 Mens Hybrid Black Bike which was parked in the laneway behind the padlocked gate. No one in the house realised there had been a break-in until I went out out in the morning and noticed the side gate was wide open with the chain lying broken on the ground. One of the metal chain links was severed in half showing how they had cut it to gain entry. The landlord had contacted us a month prior reporting that "some unruly kids have been seen looking down the side of the property". Apparently there were 2 young men who had walked by, and were eyeing up the property, looking around the side of the house. <div></div>
