Stolen around Stacey road/Newport road.

Postcode :- CF241DP Has two hiplock locks on the bike with a flat front tire. Has new hope brakes (black), a fox dropper seatpost (black), hope wheels and a renthal bar with ergon grips. Brand new (one or two slight scuff marks on the top tube). It also possibly still has insulation tape below the bottom bracket on the down tube.
