securely locked at a metal bike store inside the grounds of Stratton Upper School. Taken between 1.14pm and 3.30pm. identical bike spotted outside the Co-Op in Saxon Biggleswade Bedfordshire. Eastern European man spotted with the bike. Man and bike on CCTV.
