Theft Description

The bike was locked up outside Southampton Voluntary Services in Kingsland Square, St Mary’s, Southampton. CCTV footage has shown a white male taking the bike, using a white bag to hide the action from view, and using the bag to carry equipment. This happened at 1.15pm on 30 Jan 2019. The bike is owned by a low paid charity worker, who has been using the bike to get to work. The owner has health issues which means she can not work many hours and uses the bike when walking is a struggle.
