Locked up Bike stolen from Channel View Leisure Centre Grangetown bike rack between 6.35-7.30pm on Monday night 14/1/2019. The bike was locked up next to a free Next bike amongst other bikes. There was no sign of the lock or the bike. It was my father's bike and he has just passed away so it's a very sad day.
