Theft Description

Locked in front garden bit with frame and front wheel to rain-pipe. Lock looks like it was cut with pair of bolt cutters cutters probably early morning on 9/05/2018 while we were sleeping in the room right above where the bike was locked with window open. I found the cut lock on the street in front of the house.
