Bike Description
Black B'Twin 'Rockrider' (made by Decathlon) 26" Mountain bike made into hybrid bike with Hydraulic Disc Brakes, 19" Frame. This bike was assembled from an old bike given to me by Twickenham Police after preventing a theft. It may or may not have an OnGuard D lock on it or at least a bracket for one.
1. Rusty front shock absorbing forks (Rockshox Tora)
2. Unusual hydraulic brakes (replaced - ex display) - Front (Hayes Stroker Ryde), Rear (Hayes Nine)
3. LED Chinese grey import front lamp
4. Hayes disc rotors (160mm)
5. Bracket (only? - lock cut off?) for OnGuard short D-Lock
6. Chinese import LED lamp on front handlebar
7. Unusual reflective tape (from lifebuoy) on seat tube.
8. Fi'zi:k saddle
9. Road/hybrid tyres (City Jet?) 26x1.5"
10. Black resprayed cranks (SRAM Trutativ)
11. Chainstay protector (fabric zipped on)
Picture shows an example of the frame - the colouring/graphics is the same, with the same
unusual square/triangular cross section tubes - I have no original photo of this bike
Theft Description
Stolen along with 2 other bikes from a bike shed in back garden - entry made via back of shed over the wall from Littleton recreation ground who cut through barbed wire. We are awaiting CCTV images of perps from local authority since the ground is under surveillance. This bike could be ridden, other 2 (Giant Defy and Rockrider) could not.
