Tall white male with hair bung, blue shirt and brown jacket cycled into Clapham North Art Centre at 13:50 on the 3rd November, cut the lock of another bicyle at the end of the estate, on his way out spotted my bike and cut its lock too. Left his bike and his first stolen bike behind. All registered on CCTV. Police will carry out forensics on his bicycle left behind.
