Normally I would take my bike upstairs to leave inside the house, however this morning after my cycle, I had locked it in the common area from about 11am onwards as my plan was to take the bike again at about 5pm. The common area is not gated from the public and accessible to anyone.

I suspect perpetrator/s used an angle grinder to cut through the lock. It was locked using a Kryptonite D-lock against a secured rail.  My location is Shoreditch area.
