Taken from a road near Dreamland, Margate, since found out notorious for bike theft! CCTV showed the thief in a red top and dark jeans but camera panned before the face could be identified! Stolen at 5pm and offered for sale to a member of the public at 5.30/6. Offender was described as 6ft, skinny, late 20's/early 30's, white, English, short brown hair and just approached a stranger who was walking along to offer the bike for sale. Put out details on Facebook and site Lost, Found, Stolen and shared by many people.
