Theft Description
I was leaving the office at 70-74 Stewart's Road, SW8 4DE shortly after 7pm. Popped the bike out on to the path and turned away to set the alarm. When I turned back the bike was gone - a young lad was racing up the road on it followed by his friend who was running. Have walked around the flats opposite but cannot see the bike.
