Theft Description

My Dad parked the bike on bike rack in Tesco, springfield Chelmsford on 22-Sept-2016, along with my son bike and put wire lock combination lock on both bikes around 17:30, and went to shopping in Tesco's. But to there surprise when one of there bike was missing when they return in 15 mins. The theft cut the lock and took this bike with lock , left my sons bike. Register complain with police that evening only.
