Silver mudguards and slimline rear rack fitted. 
Rear rack has homemade black Sugru stopper on it (looks like plasticene). 
Shimano SPD MTB-style pedals. 
Clear plastic protective film applied to frame. 
Two black bottle cages. 
May still have Garmin out front mount and rear light fittings.
