Bike Description

New tyres, new front brake but not back so the back brake was noticably worse. The handle bar covers were treaded rubber and were all but worn through, so they have rips almost front the end of the handle bars to the bike. There was a small detachable white light/torch on the front with three settings.  There was no rear light but there was a broken reflector hanginf from under the seat.  The bike had a plastic mud guard on the back wheel, black with a funny join near the bike frame end which was two circles against each other. It was chained through the frame so there may be damage to the bike as the lock was hammered off. Back tyre has a very slow puncture.
