The bike was chained up in the foyer area of the block of flats at 14 Millennium Drive, Isle of Dogs, E14 3GJ and last seen on Saturday night (9 April). Entry into the foyer requires a code for the gate and a swipe card for entry into the building. The bike was also chained up. I found the bike was missing around 4:00pm Sunday (10 April) and some of the broken bike chain had been left where the bike had been located.
