Bike chained to fixed rail with heavy four dial comb lock on Tottenham Court Road. In Costa coffee shop 20 yds away keeping an eye on it through window, but talking. Suddenly realised bike was moving. Thief was 25-30, dark hard, beard, caucasian, slightly overweight, grey anorak. Ran outside but hed' got away, down Torrington Pl
