Parked the van on Mill View road at 2300hrs on 27/9/15, came outside on 28/9/15 at around 0800hrs to find bike had been taken from the back of my van, where it was locked on with a thick cable and padlock. They had cut through the cable and through the straps holding the bike onto the rack, left the cable and lock on the floor.
