Theft Description

Thief seen on CCTV acting suspiciously outside the front foor of Jetts Gym Brixton Hill (SW2 1SA), eventually appraoching the bike, detaching the wheel and running away with the bike (with one wheel) in his hands. Occured on a busy road in broad daylight, presumably with numerous witnesses. I was alerted by the gym manager who I believe saw them running away.
