Left 4 bikes secured and locked at the bike rack area on the promenade in WORTHING ,opposite Beach Office, near Lido, Marine Parade, Worthing , BN113PX. 3 locks were used to secure all 4 bikes, all three locks were cut , they took two bikes leaving another two on the rack. Time of theft 3/7/2022, between 12.30 and 16.30 , Worthing promenade, Daylight, place full of people .
