Bike Description

Ekectric hybrid bike. Woosh clearly written on battery attached to the top of the down tube. Thin rectangular tube for crossbar tapering at front. Rack attached to back. 

Theft Description

Stolen from rear of St Albans city Station inside bike storage area. Locked with 2 D locks both cut through and left behind. During day time.
