Theft Description

• 20" folding bike, make "Adventurer" with light brown metallic frame and black fenders, with seat removed by us, was stolen from outside the front of our terraced house. It was secured to the wall with a heavy duty cable and padlock. The thieves used a bolt cutter to cut through the cable.
