Bike Description
This is a lady bike, Dutch bike style. Colour is "Denim" (light blue). 7 Speeds. Backpaddle brakes. Year 2018-53cm. There is a www.bikeregister.com registration number sticker on the frame. In Very good Condition. Saddle, handlebar grips and tyres are light brown. It has a small puncture in the saddle.
Theft Description
I locked my bike between 7.30pm and 10.40pm in the bike rack area just by the Ann Tayler Children centre near London Fields in Hackney. This is where it was stolen.Recovery Description
My bike appeared on Gumtree 2 weeks after it was stolen. I tried to get help from the police but I couldn't reach them on the phone on time. So I decided to contact the seller immediately, made an appointment to see the bike, asked to try it and ride away with my bike. I later told them I was the owner. The police got in touch with me the following day.
