Theft Description

It was locked up outside the school that I work at in Whitechapel. The bike was behind a locked gate operated by a keycard. A group of staff walked in and a man followed at the end and cut the cable that went through the D lock around the back wheels and affixed it to the frame. The man then carried the bike out of the school. He was spotted while walking down the stray so started to run towards Bethnal Green and turned a corner and was not seen again.
