Theft Description

Bike was locked outside BM bargain in Merrielands Park Dagenham on Sept 21st at 13.10pm when I returned to it at 14.05 I found the chain was broken and my bike was gone. Bike as adapter at frame to attach a D lock and red adapter at handle bars in order to attach a basket.
