It couldn’t be easier to report your bike stolen but here is a quick step by step

  1. Click the “Report Your Stolen Bike” button in the top right
  2. Login or register an account (only takes a couple of seconds)
  3. Fill out the location, description and other details of your bike
  4. Confirm the information and accept the Terms of Use
  5. Thats it your report is now live!

The below steps are optional but will help maximize the chances of recovering your bike..

  1. Tweet a link to your report on our website, twitter will include a picture and summary automatically
  2. Setup an alert on Find That Bike, which gathers used bike adverts from eBay, Gumtree and PreLoved
  3. Follow the additional steps outlined on our guide to recovering your stolen bike

If your bike has been found don’t forget to log back in and mark your bike as recovered from the account dashboard.

  1. OK, the day after having my bike stolen in London, a friend told me to register it on this site,
    five days later, i got an email from somebody who had unwittingly brought the bike, and with the information he supplied, there is a good chance of catching somebody.

    Thanks stolen Bike, keep up the good work , now tell all to register their bike, and where to come should it be stolen.

  5. to change a stolen bike report, lo in, go to ‘My Dashboard’ to display reports, and then click on the pencil above the ‘Mark Recovered’ link. This will put you in edit mode so that you can change\edit your report
