Pair of black panniers over rear wheel and Bulldog U-lock should still be in place. Bottle cage fitted. Some black/orange tape on rear frame near back light. There was a red Solstice helmet in pannier.Theft Description
Stolen from bike rack in Watford General Hospital grounds outside hospital records dept. between 10am and 1pm. Bike was chained up.
