18 frame. 2013/14 voodoo marasa bought from Halfords. Brand new and barely used. Stolen from a bike rack next to the Cardiff City Centre Library. The bike was stolen on Friday 31st July between the hours of 11.30am - 6pm.Theft Description
Stolen from a bike rack which was to the side of Cardiff city centre library and next to john Lewis CF10 1AJ. The thieves would have used a tool to break the chain. Stolen between the hours of 11.30am - 6pm.
