Theft Description

It was stolen from the garage from underneath the house, another bike was stolen with it but it has since been recovered in pieces. Bad guy must of carried the bike away or had a car as the back wheel was locked to the frame with a high-end yellow lock. I am thinking it was carried away because the other bike was found dumped in the woods near by and nothing apart from 2 bike were taken from the garage and there were many things in there. So there must of been at least 2  people involved.
