18 inch woman's town bike with basket bought in January 2016. white frame with tan handles. saddle and inner rim. 7 gears with rack . mud guards and brown basket. Recent black and grey scuff marks along the frames and rack on the left side due to a road accidentTheft Description
The theft took place indoors in a secure block of flats . it was D locked onto my railings on my 4th floor landing. the bike was there at 7 pm but not on the Wednesday morning of 21.07.16. The block is in the E2 9EN area of Bethnal Green
