Bike Description
The bike is faded black, with a broken basket holder on the front (handlebar). It also had a red rear view mirror base (no mirror) on the right side. The saddle is pretty torn and taped over.Theft Description
The bike was stolen outside the Principality stadium (on the river side parking spots) sometime between 10:30 - 11:30. It was secured with a chain which was found broken.
