Taken from the other side of the road from the entrance to Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, Harbour Avenue, SW10 0XE. Locked with D Lock through gate bars of building site entrance. Lock left at scene of theft closed and locked. I guess the lock was picked. CCTV footage exists of the theft taken by Chelsea Harbour Design security but they are only able to show this to the police. I've been told that the thief arrived on a bike whether he left on his own with 2 bikes or was with an accomplice I don't know!
