Has had a new rear axle fitted about 6 months ago and the grips have been stuck on with puncture repair glue!! Easily identifiable if taken off...

Theft Description

D Lock chopped at Southampton Solent University. Thieves used a shipping container as cover (they knew CCTV was not covering the area)
