This happened in Walthamstow area, Hale End Road. I saw two suspiciously looking guys on Monday afternoon, both black, one was circling around the street and the other one sitting at the bus stop in front of the house watching. The bike was locked to the fence in front of the house. It had a light brown leather saddle
