Theft Description

The bike was park, locked with a black number combi lock between 1400 and 1500 at the Town Road entrance of the Intu Potteries Centre. There were 2 other bikes parked to the right facing the road. I went to the mall, across to the Pound Stretcher and saw it where I left it. I went across to the Holland & Barrett, Boots and TK Maxx for some shopping. On my return, the rack was empty and ther owners of the other 2 bikes were next to their bikes but said they saw nothing. I phoned the police and reported to the Intu Management on the 3rd floor because I could see a CCTV camera on the far left pointing in the direction of the racks e
