Hybrid Specialized Sirrus, Medium Frame, black bottle holder, black pedals, straight handle bars, there's a chain attached to the seat so the original seat might have been replaced. The rear wheel has been detached as it had a stronger lock on so that will differ from the original too. Frame black with blue lines.Theft Description
Bicycle was locked to a railing inside the building I live in. Wire was holding the frame and a D lock the rear wheel. The wire was cut, rear wheel detached and the rest of the bike taken.
