Theft Description

I live in a Tenement building in Edinburgh which has been getting work done to install new electrical cabling. On 10th May 2021 workmen from a scaffolding contractor where on the floor landing erecting scaffolding for works due to take place by an electrical contractor the next day. The bike was still there that evening . On 11 May 20201 workmen from the electrical contractor were on the floor landing. Both contractors were in close proximity to the bike. Main door also open for unusually long periods during these times.
