Theft Description
Stolen from a bike rack outside Tesco Express Quay Street, just off Manchester Deansgate between 9am and 5pm. The kryptonite bike was left on the bike rack so I'm assuming I hadn't fastening it properly. I'm currently checking to see if there's any CCTV footage from outside Tesco.
