Sliver Specialized Secteur bike. Silver and white decals on the wheels, with a patch of paint missing on the front steering tube. Crud mudguards attached to the bike when stolen. Cateye speedo on front wheel.Theft Description
Stolen overnight between Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th August 2016 in Exeter. Bike was parked nearby county hall. Bike was surrounded with other bikes and was cut loose from railing, with other locks also being cut on the same evening. Theft was planned as tools were required to cut the bike loose. Other bikes may have been stolen during the same period.
