Hybrid Black SpecializedLadies cycle with bell and padded saddle seat( thieves could have removed) with fitted cylce lock. ( presumably now cut through) Attached silver bell. Fitted frame at back to take a saddle bag. Back light on back right wheel.Theft Description
Biked locked onto metal bars on busy Bridge Road, Hampton Court. Taken between 12.30 and 14.30. Lots of people around.
