Large Black Specialized Hardrock, muddy, reflectors on front and back, silver bell on front, stolen from outside Hillhead Primary School, Kelvin Way side approx 12:00-13:20 on 27/11/18. Next to set of traffic lights. Was locked with Beeway security chain, someone has broken chain link with either saw or plyers. Only gone for two hours maxTheft Description
