Stolen from outside Clifton Down Shopping Centre. Bike was locked to the cycle stands. Stolen at 14:16 hrs (just a few minutes after I left the bike) by someone in black trousers, black top and a backpack. They cycled down Whiteladies Road towards the city centre.
