Ladies small frame Purple & White Specialized Ariel. Has mudguards and handlebars have just been raised so has 2 adjusters on the stem rather than 1. The handlebar grips arent in the same position, one twists further back than the other.Theft Description
Was locked up on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter site of the Oxford University. It happened between 8am when it was locked up and 4pm when I went to leave work and go home.
