Was parked and locked outside of Tesco in College Green. I was in the shop for 30sec, the guy managed to brake the lock and run away with the bike. Literally in 30sec. He had been scouting around and waiting for an opportunity. The guy in his mid 40s. Medium long hair, all clothes black. Looked homeless.
