Theft Description

Bike was propped up against a tree, unlocked about 3 meters from where a group of 20 people were gathered in the park. Teenager approached riding a child's scooter, jumped on the bike and rode off. One person from our party noticed and raised the alarm, but the thief was long gone before we could pursue.
