It's a chopper bicycle with 20 inches wheels both front and rear. Quite old so there are some welded parts. You can see on the sissy bar. The union jack bell is on the handle. Dice caps on air tubes. It is registered Met Police, sticker is on the body.Theft Description
Taken from Hackney Central, on Mare St shopping street. Just between 8.30-10.30 at night.
